fractured left radius and ulna as a
teenager but has been free of
symptoms for five years
Sport: Squash (right handed)
Event or Position: Singles

Current season: Start of the offseason
Movement Assessments
• Good footwork speed
• Good technique on agility drills
• Poor basic strength
• Poor core stability
Background
No experience of a structured resistance training
programme, although she often goes to circuit training
class and Zumba. Her coach has told you that she
needs to improve her strength. She is currently free of
injury
